Using Schanz’s (2014) typology of aggression, the relationship between self-perception and perception of Physical Active Aggression (PAA) was examined. Ten items were used to measure the PAA. Two sets of data, one from a University in Western Pennsylvania and the other from a women’s minimum security prison in Western Pennsylvania, were collected. Future research implications as well as several policy implications are discussed.
