Session Submission Type: Complete Thematic Panel
This session is intended to raise questions about sexual harassment experiences, consequences, and policies (or lack thereof) within the professional association. While short summaries of the panelists will launch the session, the main purpose is to discuss and form an action plan for reform within the ASC. We specifically aim for this discussion to launch from an intersectional frame which includes gender, race, sexual orientation, and social class oppression that are present within the organization.
