Most of the research on the effects of work-family conflict on correctional staff has been among Western, especially U.S. correctional staff. There has been little research on the effects of work-family conflict among correctional staff in Nonwestern nations, including China. The current study explored the effects of work-family conflict on Chinese prison staff job involvement. The results will be presented and discussed.
