Homelessness is above huge social problem that affects practically on all societies, in the poorest countries, in countries affected by conflicts armed forces or wars, as well as in the most economically developed countries. It confirmed that homelessness is a global problem. The opening of labor markets in the European Union caused massive migrations of citizens in the Member States of the Union. The migration, from Poland and other new EU countries, often exceeded the expectations of the "receiving" countries. Unfortunately, some migrants left without knowing the situation in the destination country, without knowledge regarding the law and with poor knowledge of a foreign language. They also did not have required qualifications. All of those factors contribute to growth of number of homelessness people on the streets of Europe country.
