Missing Pieces: Sampling Issues with LGBTQ Police

Abstract

Snowball sampling is required in order to access a small and potentially vulnerable populations like LGBTQ police officers. This paper will discuss the variety of issues and challenges encountered while seeking participants for an interview study of LGBTQ police officers.
