Session Submission Type: Complete Thematic Panel
Anat Kimchi was a PhD student at the University of Maryland when she was tragically murdered in a random sidewalk attack in 2021. This panel aims to commemorate her passion for research and social justice by bringing together scholars whose work has been influenced by Anat’s research and supported by the award established in her memory. The panel will also feature a paper she was working on at the time of her passing. We will honor her life and contributions to the field by coming together in her memory.
