Politics of Representation in the Age of Globalization: Serbia on the World Expositions

World Expositions are representing a significant global events in which different countries are showing their own cultural achievements. National pavilions with their architectural layout and exhibitions expressed national ideology. Since 1889, Kingdom of Serbia participated in the World Expositions. Serbian pavilions clearly demonstrated ideology of national state, as well as the position of Serbian culture in the global context.
