Brief Description

In the light of the Bulgarian EU Council Presidency in the first half of 2018, the Bulgarian Studies Association considers it necessary to add an academic dimension to the greater attention Bulgaria is currently receiving in the field of politics and, consequently, history and culture. Therefore, BSA would like to revitalize Bulgaria related academic discourses within the international academic community, for which ASEEES provides a platform. On this roundtable, contemporary as well as historical topics connected with the notion of Bulgaria as a European and global country will be discussed.
