Brief Description

This panel discusses changing notions of privacy, artistic freedom, and representation of women, on screen and in real life, that resulted from Prague Spring and the Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia. It also explores cultural dynamics that correspond with political awakening that penetrated all spheres of life.
