The Influence of Global Decarbonization on the Russian Economy

The decrease in demand of oil and gas in the world in 2030 and 2040 will be significant, if all countries make efforts to move toward decarbonization as promised in COP26. It will reduce oil and gas exports of Russia considerably. I make a statistical estimate of the influence of global decarbonization on the Russian economy, including its economic growth and its state budget performance.
