Through critical qualitative inquiry, we explored the aspirations of tenured, Men of Color faculty to the rank of Full Professor, specifically how those aspirations were shaped, supported, and/or discouraged by administrators, mentors, and various initiatives, and the influence of their intersecting identities and society’s interlocking systems of oppression.
