Abstract

Study abroad is an increasingly popular developmental experience, yet higher education institutions continue to struggle to increase diversity in their study abroad programs. Using a Critical Race Theory framework, this scholarly paper seeks to assess the extent to which study abroad literature has critically addressed and analyzed this issue.
