To date, minimal scholarship explores and investigate the experiences of undergraduate Black women at HBCUs and sexual assault. Grounded in a Black Feminist Epistemology and Critical Discourse Analysis, the authors critically interrogate existing scholarship, a 2017 Howard University lawsuit, and impact of Title IX on undergraduate Black women’s educational opportunities.
