Abstract

Given the proliferation of state policies related to diversity and inclusion, the study utilizes critical race theory framework to investigate how one policy, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy for the State University of New York system, may shape the discourse of diversity and specifically racial diversity in higher education.
