Abstract

This study seeks to measure the impact adopting statewide articulation agreement policies had on college enrollment and attainment at two-year and four-year public institutions. The study finds articulation agreements increase overall attainment at all public institutions. The paper discusses the implications reducing gaps in attainment has among undeserved populations.
