Participatory Diagramming: Integrating Visual and Participant-centered Orientations into Higher Education Research (Visual Methods)

Abstract

This visual session highlights participatory diagramming as an analytic and action-oriented tool in transformative and participant-centered higher education research. This work integrates rationales for the utility of participatory diagramming, lessons learned from the presenter’s own experiences with the method in higher education research, and a gallery of participatory diagram findings.
