Leadership experiences contribute to higher levels of self-efficacy and personal development (Komives et al., 2005). However, much still needs to be understood regarding diverse students’ leadership experiences, specifically Black women. This study aims to illuminate the experiences of Black women student leaders and the effects of campus culture and climate.
