Abstract

This research examined tenure/tenure-track women faculty’s perceptions of workplace climate, specifically gender equity and incivility, at a Tier One university to explore their relationship to women’s affective organizational commitment. It investigates change in chosen measures from 2011-2014, during which time there was specific programming implemented through NSF ADVANCE grant funding.
