Preparing HESA Professionals: Developing Critical Multicultural Competence in a Diversity in HIED Course

Abstract

This study uses a critical multicultural competence framework to understand the experiences of HESA graduate students in an elective Diversity in HIED course. We drew from narrative inquiry to analyze coursework to offer findings to help faculty and supervisors support HESA graduate students’ learning and professional preparation.
