Stranded Credits: Challenges and Opportunities

Abstract

Scholars will address stranded credits: credits that students cannot access because their former institution uses their transcript as collateral for account holds. Panelists will share research and implementation approaches to understand challenges and new solutions. The interactive discussion will examine stakeholder incentives and new approaches to scale innovation and impact.
