This panel will showcase the program implementation and research work of University Support and Workforce Development Project (USWDP). The panel presentations highlight the challenges and progress of programs implementation in emerging higher education systems where conflict is still a day-to-day reality. As the proposed presentations reflect the work of local Afghan educators, this panel’s presentations complement South-North dialogue theme of the CIES 2018 .
