This session will discuss stories and personal experiences of scholars in higher education who are from culturally diverse back ground. The discussion will include experiences of scholars who were on tenure track - Assistant to Associate Professors and their struggle for tenure. The focus of this session will be about how to make your tenure journey smooth in higher education as a faculty of color.
