Proposal

In the new era of global economy, which is dominated by knowledge and information, the relationship between higher education and regional development is increasingly close. Higher education has become the core and driving force of regional development and innovation.
The purpose of this panel is to explore the relationship between higher education and regions, and then analyze the role of higher education in promoting regional development, and explore the strategies and pathways for regional sustainable development that higher education can provide. Professor Qie Haixia and Tao Hongshan analyzed the roles of research universities in regional innovation from the perspective of knowledge production model 3; Professor Pan Haisheng discussed the development strategy of higher vocational education from the perspective of serving the local economy based on the new industrial revolution; Professor Dong Wei analyzed the demand of the intelligent manufacturing industry for higher vocational students through the method of big data mining, and put forward the training strategy for higher vocational education; Professor Yang Yuan explored the influence of industrial structure, industrial growth rate and transformation on college students' employment and its development trend since the reform and opening up policy implemented in China.

在以知识和信息为主导的全球新经济时代，高等教育与区域发展的联系日益密切。高等教育逐渐从被动适应走向了主动服务，并成为区域发展和创新的核心和动力。如何实现高等教育与区域的协调、可持续发展成为备受关注的主题。伴随着经济全球化进程的逐渐加快以及人类命运共同体概念的提出，区域发展必然成为民族国家和全球社会发展不可缺少的部分。区域经济、社会的发展不平衡越来越多地影响到高等教育的发展速度；与此同时，高等教育也正在以前所未有的力量推动着区域经济和社会的发展。在新的知识经济时代，高等教育正在成为区域经济和文化发展的新地标。
本论坛旨在探讨高等教育与区域之间的关系，进而分析高等教育在推动区域教育公平、促进区域可持续发展方面的作用，探索高等教育有效促进区域可持续发展的战略和路径，为区域经济繁荣和区域社会协调发展提供参考。郄海霞等的
论文从知识生产模式3视角分析了研究型大学在区域创新中的角色和作用，针对中国研究型大学当前状况进行了思考；潘海生副教授基于新工业革命变革的背景，从服务地方经济的视角探讨了高等职业教育的发展战略；董伟副教授主要通过大数据挖掘的方法，对中国主要招聘平台中关于智能制造行业对高职学生的需求数据进行分析，提出了基于智能制造需求导向的高等职业教育技能培养策略；杨院副教授分析了中国改革开放40年以来产业结构、产业增长速度以及转型对大学生就业的影响逻辑和发展趋势。
