The fifth presentation discusses how to address issues encountered in the pilots and how the lessons learned in the pilots will inform the implementation of policy linking in other countries. Issues encountered in each of the four pilots could include the following:
1. Panelists’ understanding of the GPF and Angoff benchmarking method;
2. Panelists’ understanding of data presented between Rounds 1 and 2;
3. Issues with statistics such as inter-rater reliability and standard errors; and
4. Panelists’ feedback on the workshop organization, format, or content.
Based on feedback gathered in the pilot workshops, this presentation will propose adjustments for future policy linking implementation. The presentation will discuss how the method will be scaled up for expanded global comparing and reporting.
