Abstract

The study empirically explores the impact of supply chain collaboration on logistics performance of firms in Ghana’s petroleum downstream. The findings of the study conducted suggested that achieving internal collaboration should be the focus of firms as it positively impacts both the logistics performance of firms and their external collaboration.
