Educational Supply Chain Management in the Higher Education Sector: Bangladesh Perspective

Abstract

In this era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is challenging for higher education sectors to fill out the market demand for skilled workers. This study explores educational supply chain management systems in the higher education sector in Bangladesh. Qualitative data were collected by interviewing the stakeholders of the educational supply chain management and analyzed to conceptualize a thematical framework for the educational supply chain. The findings of this study will guide the policymakers, faculties, and relevant stakeholders to take strategic decisions about higher education supply chain management to create professionals align with the demand in the 21st century.
