Abstract

Harnessing the power of user reviews on e-commerce platforms, businesses now have the unprecedented opportunity to delve into customer perceptions. Simultaneously, sellers utilize product descriptions as a means to convey the marketable attributes of their products. We develop an innovative approach that not only grants sellers valuable insights into customer perceptions regarding specific product features but also aids in the discovery of novel marketable characteristics.
