Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized many industries worldwide, including education. Universities worldwide have started implementing AI in their teaching methods to improve the quality of education and provide better learning experiences for students. This has also been the case for universities in Saudi Arabia and the United States. However, the approach to using AI in teaching methods differs between the two countries. This exploratory study begins with a case-comparison study to investigate the factors that impact usage behaviors in the two countries. The study presents results for future study on faculty and students within the two countries.
