The Teaching Notes and Reflections of Adopting Collaborative Online International Learning in Operations Management Courses Teaching

Abstract

In this teaching note, we reflected our teaching experiences with the COIL collaboration between a Germany University and a U.S. university in the past 1.5 years. With the COIL collaboration in teaching service Operations Management, students analyized the sustainability practices at the sustainability practices at the corresponding university dining hall. With the survey data, we further analyzed the learning outcomes of students.
