25th Annual Conference of the ESC
Call for Papers The ESC is inviting submissions for its upcoming 26th annual conference in Warsaw, Poland. We are accepting the following forms of submissions:
1. Individual paper
While the ESC accepts individual papers with multiple authors, only one first authorship of individual paper per person is allowed. This means that a participant may submit only one single-authored paper or one co-authored paper as a first author. This applies irrespective of the fact whether the paper has been submitted individually or as a part of a pre-arranged panel. The ESC might grant exceptions from this rule in special circumstances (for example, for PIs of large-scale research projects). There is no such limitation for non-first author co-authorships, roundtable participation or being an author or critic in an author meets critics session. Also, the limitation doens't apply for poster presentations, a person can be the first author of an individual person and the first author of a poster presentation, too. All submission will be peer-reviewed. We do not accept submissions via email. Only submissions made through the official submission site will be reviewed.
The deadline for submissions is extended to 15 April 2026. Please mind: for organisational and administrative reasons, there will be no further extensions. This is the final deadline.
