Short Description

To analyze shared leadership, social network analytical tools are required over a period of time. Drawing on data from two organizational case studies, in-situ sociograms and the co-efficient of variation are used to investigate patterns of participation and emergence within and between formal organizational teams and fixed-term project teams.
