An in-depth exploration of a purposeful sampling of Association of American Universities members assessed the experiences of academic leadership program participants and the public descriptions of leadership initiatives. The presenter will highlight themes of this qualitative study aimed at benchmarking approaches and outcomes of leadership programs for academic leaders.
