Many enterprises now see diversity and inclusion as core business imperatives. Diversity of thought, age, gender, and ethnicity are essential for innovation. Cultures that are not inclusive can no longer attract the kind of talent needed to compete. Knowing there are no simple answers, panelists will explore several questions vital to this goal, including: How are corporations building and supporting inclusive cultures?
