Detailed Abstract

Leadership development is an inherently messy process as individuals construct their identities as leaders through their experiences, education, and battle scars. How do educators, trainers, and coaches develop leaders in an online environment? This roundtable will be guided by three questions: what successes have we had developing leaders in a virtual environment; in which ways does an online environment improve leadership development; and, what shift is necessary to open people to the possibility of online leadership development?
