Join this roundtable for a meaningful discussion of acknowledgment and its influence on creating an adaptable and thriving community. Cultivating leadership for a thriving world requires acknowledging others and self as part of the connective tissue that sustains the leadership process. The ability to acknowledge supports the capacity to be collaborative, which regenerates positive social change within the personal and public sphere. Specifically, the facilitators will ground the conversation in relational concepts and multi-sensory engagement, and space will be held for participants to share their reflections and experiences. We hope these discussions will also begin to produce a lexicon to communicate the deep embodiment that comes with the synergy of people connecting, acknowledging, and mattering.
Key Takeaway 1: An exploratory discussion focused on acknowledgment, the beautiful art of “seeing” each other through our words and gestures" role in leadership development.
Key Takeaway 2: Engagement of participants in how they express acknowledgment within their leadership practice.
Key Takeaway 3: The ripple effect of recognizing others in humanizing leadership.
