ISTR's 15th International Conference

Navigating In Turbulent Times: Perspectives and Contributions from the Third Sector

July 12-15, 2022

Registered participants will be able to access the room numbers, session papers, and zoom links for hybrid sessions.

Where are the papers?
Navigate to sessions, then click into the individual papers. At the top of the screen look for the "download" button. If it is there, then the author has uploaded their paper. If you do not see the download button then the author has not uploaded their paper.

Virtual speakers and participants, please carefully review the following instructions on how to access the ISTR Conference Hybrid Events and the Zoom sessions. A video tutorial is available here: https://vimeo.com/727185697

Before the conference begins, make sure you are able to sign in to the ISTR 2022 AllAcademic website using your ISTR member credentials. If you have trouble signing in, you can try to reset your password at istr.org. It may time some time to resolve sign in problems so best to do this in advance. Contact mhaddock@istr.org with any concerns.

On the days of the conference, sign in to the ISTR 2022 AllAcademic website using your ISTR member credentials. Reminder: You may view the program without logging in. However, you will not be able to see the room numbers, save a personal schedule, or access the zoom links unless you sign in first. Click the 'lock' icon at the upper-right corner or navigate to the “sign in link” in the left menu to sign in.

Find your session in the online program and click on the title to see the full details of your session. The first column will give you information about the session room number and format. Only rooms labeled “hybrid” are enabled for remote participation.

As much as possible, in-person speakers and moderators are asked to arrive in the room 15-20 minutes before the session starts to prep.

Before the conference, ensure that you are running the latest version of Zoom on your computer. Download it here: https://zoom.us/download

In the session, join the meeting by clicking on the Zoom virtual button (just below the session title) at least 20 minutes prior to your session so that we can check your connectivity and run final tests. Non-presenting participants will sit in a waiting room until the session begins.

An ISTR volunteer or technician will admit you to your Zoom Meeting. Host privileges will be given to the first speaker accessing the room and this person should then make other remote speaker(s) “co-host(s)”.

Moderators and speakers, please make sure the session is being recorded

Speakers will be able to share their screens to deliver PowerPoint presentations remotely. If you are not familiar with screen sharing, you can learn more here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362153-Sharing-your-screen-or-desktop-on-Zoom

All hybrid sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference.
