Abstract

The article aims to analyze the participation of women in the globalization of food. Research carried out in the Northeast of Brazil and Argentine Patagonia provides data on the complexity of the changes on the world of work and how the sexual division of labor is now operating in the organized agricultural sector according to market requirements and consumer demand.The analysis will take into account contexts and expressions of female participation in this field.
