SUMMARY
This talk arises from an investigation carried out in order to obtain my master’s degree, resulting in the publication of a book titled: “Una propuesta a favor de la inclusión educative Adecuaciones curriculares en la educación preescolar para alumnos que presentan barreras en el aprendizaje y la participación”. The first chapter is described in detail since it contains the topic of the importance that educative inclusion has on society. In the following chapters the road that was taken thought the investigation is described in order to realize the sociocultural reality that we face and to interpret the results though narratives that allowed us obtain valuable information as a result of this project.
In order to answer the question why inclusion is needed within our society, personal and professional reasons were manifested allowing us to value diversity as an opportunity to improve and to help our students avoiding educative exclusion.
Complementary Latin-American ethnography of Napoleon Murcia y Luis Jaramillo was used within the imperative paradigm. Three moments are proposed for the investigation (Pre-figuration, configuration, reconfiguration) which becomes evident in the text (chapters II, III, IV). The narratives described at the end of the investigation are a clear example of how the teacher´s knowledge and attitude are key aspects for teaching. It is necessary for the teacher trainers to foment abilities of development since the initial training with the objective to elevate the educative quality within the open and including schools. This way students that present barriers in their learning process will obtain better opportunities in their own development.
