How to Give Focus to EU – CELAC cultural, scientific and social relations: Who, What, Where and How?

Abstract

On the basis of the preliminary outcomes of the EU-funded 2016 – 2019 Horizon 2020 project EULAC Focus (“Giving Focus to the cultural, scientific and social dimensions of UE – CELAC relations”), the session will address two main issues: a) How to articulate the different spaces and levels of cultural, scientific and social relations between societies and political institutions in the EU and its Member States and CELAC and its Member States; b) How to define viable and synergetic cooperation agendas that go beyond rhetoric.
