Abstract

Implementation of neoliberal economic reforms in Latin America have also expanded to neoliberal forms of urban intervention. The multiple ways the neoliberal city takes place is often difficult to perceive as it hides in popular forms of intervention. This session takes a closer look at the ways Latin American cities are tranformed by neoliberal ideas in urban settings
