Session Submission Type: Alternative Format Session
In this inquiry-based session, three teacher educators will share ways they support teacher candidates in developing empowering instructional literacy practices by positioning
language as a verb (i.e., to language) as a way to explore and reframe understandings of multilingualism. In this alternative session, participants will engage in three interactive teacher education activities and extend a network of individuals dedicated to disrupting traditional systems of literacy research and teacher education.
