Democracy Aid Portfolio: How Do Donor States Create Their Democracy Aid Packages?

Brief Overview

In this paper, I point out two problems of previous studies on democracy aid. Based on these arguments, I assert that donors provide different democracy aid portfolio along with cooptation and repression mechanism of authoritarian regimes.
