I’m Right, You’re Wrong and I’m Sure! The Effects of Overconfidence on Political Behaviors and Attitudes

Brief Overview

We investigate the effects of overconfidence on attitudes and behaviors in Denmark. Using 3 representative samples and a twin survey, we show that overconfident voters are less like to participate in politics and less satisfied with democracy.
