Abstract

This paper highlights a unique professional development model for science teachers. In this particular study, I focus teachers’ conceptualizations of the teacher-scientist partnership and how this partnership influenced their teaching practices were studied. This paper brings forth important considerations school districts might think about when creating and implementing professional development opportunities for teachers at all science levels.
