The study is an empirical and a systematic exploration of tangible organizational culture of two Ghanaian high schools. This qualitative case study gathered data through interviews with 26 sampled participants, observation and document analysis. The research question that guided the study was “How does tangible organizational culture influence school outcome attainment”? Results from this study revealed that the tangible school culture fostered high student achievement in all aspects of school life: academics, discipline, extracurricular activities, and religious interests; helped students acquire relevant skills for school and adult roles; and motivated students to emulate and adhere to good practices. The data from this study contributes to understanding the influence of tangible organizational culture in Ghanaian schools. It serves as a source of reference for educational practitioners and policy makers, school stakeholders, and school leadership whose desire is to promote school outcomes.
