The purpose of this study is to find whether teachers feel that they are trusted by administrators. The research will be conducted through semi-structured interviews with veteran teachers in the state of Ohio. The interviews were designed to connect the aspect of teachers feeling trusted by administrators with the overall trust relationship between the teachers and administrators. Previous knowledge of the importance of the trust relationships and how it is formed has focused on whether teachers trust principals. The research will find the connections between administrator actions showing trust, or distrust in teachers and the overall feelings of trust between teachers and administrators from the perspective of the teachers.
