Abstract

Hear from a panel of authors as they discuss the development of the idea behind their current book related to the recently adopted Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL) standards. These professors teach graduate education leadership courses at private and public universities as well as serve the state at education department level. This book is an excellent resource for any school leader, as it breaks down PSEL standards, and follows with bulleted examples and scenarios that illustrate ‘best practice’ in serving a school effectively and creating a culture of school improvement.
