This study focuses on the responses of 50 resident-hall advisors to a training session concerning Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgendered (GLBT) students. Results are procured from the Riddle (1985) Attitude toward Differences Scale. Significant findings were found, indicating encouraging levels of GLBT inclusion, although sizable portion of respondents continued to harbor homophobic
sentiments. Conclusions and implications are drawn as to the importance of GLBT inclusive training and hall programming, ally building, and awareness of self-homophobia.
