A Chinese Perspective of Group and Organizational Communication

Abstract

The globalizing trend is calling for ways to increase cross-cultural understanding so that a more interdependent and peaceful future world can be developed. Based on the trend, scholars from Taiwan and the United States are invited to provide innovative views on different aspects of organizational communication in Chinese society. It is hoped that the contributions of these papers will not only help people understand Chinese communication behaviors, but also enrich the literature in organizational communication studies.
