Abstract

Recent changes in student demographics and better understanding of how people learn call for new ways of teaching. Advances in technology provide tools that can transform the way we reach and interact with our students. This session will explore the changes in our student population that require us to teach differently than we were taught. It will also demonstrate some of the easy to learn and useful tools that communication teachers can use in the traditional classroom and when teaching at a distance.
